Rolling Hills Fire Responds to Structure Fire

Just before 11am on the morning of 3/1/25, Rolling Hills Fire dispatched an engine company, chief officer and support car to the 3200 block of 217th East in the Eastborough subdivision for a reported structure fire. Initial units arrived on scene to find a single residential structure with heavy smoke and fire conditions showing. Rolling Hills units worked with Broken Arrow Fire Department on scene to make an aggressive fire attack and bring the fire under control. Thankfully the residents were not home at the time of the fire. Several pets did escape and unfortunately one cat did not survive. We are thankful for our partners at BAFD to help bring the incident under control. Currently a cause of the fire is under investigation.
