On Thursday August 28, 2025 staff and members of Rolling Hills Fire gathered to celebrate the remarkable service and achievement of Assistant Fire Chief Richard Smith. Chief Smith first joined the Rolling Hills Fire District in early 1990. Chief Smith served the district in various capacities from firefighter, EMT, officer and his final assignment of Assistant Chief of Administration. On Behalf of Chief Fox and the entire membership, we congratulate and thank Chief Smith for his 35 years of dedication and service to Rolling Hills Fire District, Northwest Wagoner County and to the state of Oklahoma.
